WE ARE NOMINATED!
We are incredibly happy and feel very honored to have been nominated for the German Sustainability Award 2023!
The expert jury chose QTM Consulting GmbH u. Co.KG as one of ten companies among the pioneers of transformation in our industry. The prize is awarded to particularly exemplary companies together with the Federal Environment Ministry and the DIHK. We are excited about the upcoming second jury evaluation – but whatever happens next: In our eyes the nomination itself is already a great success and reason enough to celebrate.

1st DIGITAL CAREER DAY REUTLINGEN
Despite the freezing temperatures, we were represented with an exhibition stand at the first Digital Career Day in the INNOPORT area. We were able to present our company, have many interesting conversations and make some contacts. We're looking forward to next time! Thanks to everyone who was there.

A HUGE THANKS
A successful year at QTM is coming to an end: This year we were able to support many exciting IT projects and lead them to success and expand our network. We have grown as a company, had new experiences and were able to recruit new employees.

QTM IN ACTION
Once again this year, millions of volunteers in over 190 countries set out to create a clean, healthy and plastic-waste-free world. In Germany we achieved a phenomenal result with almost 300,000 participants in over 5,000 CleanUps in more than 1,300 municipalities.

We joined the helpers too. Our conclusion: Countless cigarette butts are simply thrown away carelessly. This shouldn't be the case, as there are now beautiful and handy solutions, so-called "pocket ashtrays", that serve the environment and in addition, are a delight to other people.

WORLD CLEANUP DAY
"How can we - individuals and companies alike - shape the future of our society and our planet, in a way that allows future generations to live well?"
We believe that this is an important question to ask yourself. At QTM we are aware of our responsibility as a company and do everything we can to contribute to a better future for our planet and the next generation. Starting with small steps, such as proper waste separation, we are now aiming for paperless operation and use 100% CO2-neutral hygienic papers. Every little contribution counts.
But we aren't satisfied with that: On Saturday, September 17, 2022, we would like to free parts of Reutlingen from garbage as part of the World Cleanup Day, and thus contribute to raising awareness of the topic of "environmental protection" and actively campaign against the pollution of our environment.

DONATION FOR A GOOD CAUSE
The association Asante e.V. supports nutrition and education programs for mothers, children and students in Tiwi and has a great impact on the community. A big thank you to the organisation „Ein Herz für Kinder“, that brought our awareness to the amazing work of Asante e.V..
We are convinced: Education is a key factor for young people on the way to full-filling their true potential. Education paves the way to career prospects and allows young people to break out of the spiral of poverty. But in order to take full advantage of the education offer, basic needs like food or water have to be met first – only a nourished body can nourish the mind. It is therefore our greatest pleasure and we are extremely happy to financially support a 6-year-old half-orphan girl in Tiwi. Our support will help to provide her with a solid school education as well as regular meals. Thanks to Asante!

SUMMER OF UTOPIA
„Meet rapid changes agilely and courageously as curious shapers of the future - with intellect and emotion.“
This year Maja Göpel and Richard David Precht invited participants from August 24 to 25 to the second Leuphana Utopia Conference. Small camps were set up all across the country with the goal to make transitions we are confronted with in all areas of life more tangible. Projects and ideas were discussed that go beyond the data-based growth society and brought us back to the importance of community and harmonized coexistence.
At QTM Consulting we also had the opportunity to participate in a small working group with the question: „Can digitalization function securely and without control in the future?“. We had a great time at the creative and well-prepared workshop, a big thank you to the organizers.
